These 3-ingredient Strawberry Smoothie recipe is packed with protein and low-sugar berries for a quick and easy breakfast or snack anytime.

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries about 4 ounces
  • 1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • Honey to taste, optional
Directions :
  1. In the bottom of a blender, add almond milk, strawberries, and protein powder or Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey if desired.
