Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 pound shredded cooked roast beef
- 6 slices cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon everything seasoning blend
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and horseradish.
- Without separating rolls, cut the rolls in half horizontally; arrange bottom halves in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Spread horseradish mixture over bottom. Top with roast beef, cooked onion and cheese; replace top halves of rolls.
- Brush rolls with melted butter; sprinkle with seasoning.
- Cover with foil; bake until cheese is melted, 20-22 minutes. Remove foil; bake until tops are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
