Ingredients :
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- SALAD:
- 1 medium head red cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium apple, shredded
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions :
- In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, pepper and onion powder. Whisk in olive oil until emulsified. Stir in cabbage, apple, carrot and pecans. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
