Raspberry Smoothie

This easy Raspberry Smoothie recipe is made with just frozen raspberries, Greek yogurt (or your favorite protein powder), milk, and honey. It’s a quick and healthy breakfast or snack idea that will keep you feel light anytime.

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • Honey to taste, optional
Directions :
  1. In the bottom of a blender, add almond milk, raspberries, and protein powder or Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey if desired.
