Peanut Butter Smoothie

Even with a no-sugar peanut butter, this 4-ingredient protein-packed Peanut Butter Smoothie recipe tastes sweet and light while keeping you full. Adding a frozen banana makes all the different temperature and texture-wise.

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk
  • 1 small banana frozen
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt
Directions :
  1. In the bottom of a blender, add almond milk, banana, peanut butter, and protein powder or Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
