Ingredients :
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 12 slices cooked bacon strips
Directions :
- Form the beef into 6 patties. Sprinkle each side with salt and pepper.
- Grill, uncovered, over medium heat until a thermometer reads 160°, 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat; top each burger with a slice of cheddar. Cover; let stand until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.
- Spread peanut butter on bun tops. Place burgers onto buns; top with bacon, and the top bun.
