Ingredients :
- 1 cup almond milk or other milk
- 1 cup frozen peaches about 4 ounces
- 1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Honey to taste, optional
Directions :
- In the bottom of a blender, add almond milk, peaches, protein powder or Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey if desired.
