Ingredients :
- 2 jars roasted red peppers, drained
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or Aleppo pepper
- Minced fresh mint or parsley, optional
- Pita chips
Directions :
- Place first eight ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. Garnish with mint or parsley, if desired. Serve with pita chips.
