Ingredients :
- 4 packages frozen long grain white rice with mixed vegetables
- 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth or light beer
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Butter, optional
Directions :
- In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine first 6 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 3-4 hours or until heated through. If desired, serve with butter.
