Mango Smoothie

This delicious, refreshing Mango Smoothie is made with Greek yogurt (or your favorite protein powder), mango, banana, and your favorite milk or water. It’s full of protein and vitamins, and it’s a great way to start your day.

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey to taste, optional
Directions :
  1. In the bottom of a blender, add almond milk, banana, mango, and protein powder or Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey if desired.
