Ingredients :
- 1 cup almond milk or other milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey to taste, optional
Directions :
- In the bottom of a blender, add almond milk, banana, mango, and protein powder or Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey if desired.
