Keto Cheeseburger Casserole

Enjoy this keto cheeseburger casserole even if you're not on a keto diet. It's ooey, gooey and easy to love!

Ingredients :
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sugar ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions :
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a Dutch oven over medium heat, melt butter. Add ground beef and onion; cook until beef is browned and onion is tender, 5-6 minutes. Add garlic, tomato paste, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper; cook one minute longer. Stir in broth, cream, mayonnaise, relish, ketchup and Worcestershire until combined. Stir in bacon and 1 cup shredded cheese. Top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese.
  2. Bake 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve.
