Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sugar ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a Dutch oven over medium heat, melt butter. Add ground beef and onion; cook until beef is browned and onion is tender, 5-6 minutes. Add garlic, tomato paste, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper; cook one minute longer. Stir in broth, cream, mayonnaise, relish, ketchup and Worcestershire until combined. Stir in bacon and 1 cup shredded cheese. Top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese.
- Bake 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve.
