Ingredients :
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds boneless beef short ribs
Directions :
- In a small bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients; sprinkle over ribs.
- Grill, uncovered, over medium-high heat until a thermometer reads 135° (medium-rare), 14-16 minutes, turning every 2 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
