Ingredients :
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 salmon fillets
Directions :
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, lemon zest, salt, rosemary and pepper; rub over salmon fillets. Let stand 15 minutes.
- Place salmon on oiled grill rack, skin side down. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 3-4 minutes per side. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
