Ingredients :
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans no-salt-added garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans albacore white tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions :
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in chickpeas, tuna, cucumber, onion and feta. Cover; refrigerate until ready to use.
