Energy Balls

These easy Energy Balls are made with 7 ingredients including peanut butter, oats, and coconut. These tasty treats are perfect for your sweetest cravings or anytime you need a healthful snack.

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes toasted if desired
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or mini M&M candies
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions :
  1. In a medium bowl, add oats, coconut flakes, flaxseed, chocolate chips, peanut butter, honey and vanilla and stir to combine. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
  2. Roll into 20 evenly-sized balls. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
