Ingredients :
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 425º. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Place chicken in 15x10x1-in. baking pan; drizzle with oil. Combine remaining ingredients; rub over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 170°-175°, 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with additional fresh thyme, if desired.
