Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, finely chopped
- 3 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons honey
- 16 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Sweet chili sauce
- Chopped fresh cilantro
Directions :
- In a large shallow bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients until blended. Add chicken; toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375ยบ. In a small bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
- In batches, press wonton wrappers over edges of a 13x9-in. baking pan; spritz with cooking spray. Bake until lightly browned, 7-9 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and stir chicken mixture over medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink, 4-6 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Fill wonton shells with chicken mixture. Top with coleslaw, chili sauce and cilantro.
