Ingredients :
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- Dash sugar
- Chopped fresh parsley
Directions :
- In a small bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Sprinkle with parsley.
