Chicken Salad With Greek Yogurt

This 15-minute Chicken Salad Chick copycat recipe has become one of my very favorite meals. But it needn’t even be a meal! The chicken salad is so scrumptious on crackers or as the dip on a crudite platter. —Laura Wilhelm, West Hollywood, California

Ingredients :
  • 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • Dash sugar
  • Chopped fresh parsley
Directions :
  1. In a small bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Sprinkle with parsley.
