Ingredients :
- 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, shredded or chopped
- 2/3 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 slices white bread
- Lettuce leaves, optional
Directions :
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, mayo, mustard, dill, salt and pepper. Serve on slices of white bread with lettuce leaves, if desired.
