Chicken Alfredo Casserole

If your fantasy dinner involves pasta smothered in a creamy, garlic-spiked sauce that is made in a single dish and ready in under 40 minutes, this creamy alfredo chicken casserole is for you.

Ingredients :
  • 1 pound uncooked penne pasta
  • 2 Alfredo sauce
  • 2-1/2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley, optional
Directions :
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Combine pasta, alfredo sauce, chicken broth, chicken, garlic, salt and pepper in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; mix well.
  2. Cover; bake until pasta is al dente, 30-35 minutes. Turn oven to broil setting. Uncover, sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Broil 3-3 in. from heat 2-3 minutes, until cheese is golden brown. If desired, garnish with parsley.
