Ingredients :
- 1 pound uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges, optional
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 400°. Arrange shrimp in an ungreased 13x9x2-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Drizzle over shrimp; toss to coat.
- Bake until shrimp turn pink, 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. If desired, serve with lemon wedges.
