Baked Scrambled Eggs

Baked scrambled eggs are versatile and can pair with almost anything for breakfast, be it crispy bacon or sausage, toast or biscuits, hash browns or roasted potatoes. Add fresh fruit, or make them trendy by putting them on avocado toast for a lighter touch. Since the eggs are cooked in the oven, use the stovetop to make a batch of pancakes.

Ingredients :
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
Directions :
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9-in. baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, salt and pepper until well-combined. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake 10 minutes; stir. Bake until no liquid egg remains, another 8-10 minutes. Fluff with 2 forks; top with chives.
