Air-Fryer Pork Tenderloin

Resting the meat for at least 10 minutes is the best way to keep pork from drying out in the air fryer. Resting allows the juices to redistribute within the meat instead of spilling out onto the cutting board. It’s also important to avoid overcooking pork tenderloin. It’s OK if the pork is pink, but it must reach a safe internal temperature of 145°.

Ingredients :
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions :
  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°. Trim silver skin from tenderloin if desired; pat dry. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; spread over tenderloin. Place on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until a thermometer reads 145°, 18 to 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
