Air-Fryer Pork Roast

In our testing, we find cook times vary dramatically between brands of air fryers. As a result, we give wider than normal ranges on suggested cook times. Begin checking at the first time listed and adjust as needed.

Ingredients :
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon each minced fresh basil, rosemary and sage
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 pork loin roast
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown gravy mix
  • 2-1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1-1/4 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Directions :
  1. Preheat air fryer to 325°. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, herbs and mustard; rub over roast. Place on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until a thermometer inserted into pork reads 145°, 50-70 minutes. Remove roast from air fryer; tent with foil. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Combine gravy mix and broth until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in sour cream and horseradish; heat through (do not boil). Serve with pork.
