Ingredients :
- 2 pounds chicken wings flats and wingtips removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Barbecue sauce or Buffalo Sauce, for tossing, optional
- Blue Cheese dressing or Ranch, for serving, optional
Directions :
- Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees for 3 minutes. Pat wings dry with paper towels, then add to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange wings in an air fryer basket. Air fry until skin is crisp, about 10 to 12 minutes per side or 20 to 24 minutes total, flipping the wings halfway through. Increase heat to 400 degrees and cook 5 minutes longer.
